Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

• To avoid the hassle of Return and Exchange, please consult our size chart on each product page to choose the correct fit
• You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
• All exchange requests are verified before processing.

Pickup & Shipping (Size Exchange)

• Reverse pickup is available in most locations.
• If reverse pickup is not available:
• You may self-ship the item.

Other Details (Size Exchange)

• Exchange is subject to size availability.
• A ₹125 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected during checkout.
• If your size is unavailable:
•  Prepaid Orders → Your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3 working days from the date the product is received at our warehouse, after deduction of shipping costs for both sides. (shipping charges are not refunded).
• COD Orders → Your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3 working days from the date the product is received at our warehouse, after deduction of shipping costs for both sides. (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).
• Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.

Product Exchange (Different Product)

• You may request an exchange for a different product within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
• All product exchange requests are verified before approval.
  

Product Exchange Conditions

• Product exchange is subject to availability.
• A ₹125 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at checkout.
• If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.
• If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be reimbursed within 3 working days.

• If reverse pickup is not available:
• You may self-ship the item.

Returns

• Once the product reaches our warehouse your paid amount will be initiated via bank or UPI transfer within up to 3 working days, after deduction of shipping costs for both sides.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate a return.
• All return requests are verified before approval.
• Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

Pickup & Shipping (Returns)

• Reverse pickup is available in most locations.
• A flat ₹175 return handling fee per order applies (covers pickup, inspection & processing).
• If reverse pickup is not available, You may self-ship the item however the ₹175 return handling fee still applies.
  

Partial Returns

• Allowed for multi-item orders.
• The return handling fee is applied once per order.

Damaged / Wrong Products

• If the shipment is torn or damaged or wrong, customers may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
• For incomplete or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is required within 24 working hours of delivery, Claims submitted without video proof will not be processed.
• For defective products, clear images or videos must be shared for verification
  

Additional Conditions

• Each item is eligible for return/exchange only once

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
